About Bones Brew and BBQ
The Bones concept was born out of a passion for sharing memorable moments with close friends and family utilizing good food and drink as a backdrop. Whether it was hosting a five course cocktail party for friends ormaking Southern Style Pit BBQ on the shores of Lake Michigan. The emphasis has always been on combining fresh iingredients, contemporary techniques and infusing them with love.
