Our Full Service Option

Our staff will deliver, set up, and serve your buffet. We'll carve the meat and serve it for you. You can sit back and actually enjoy your party. The potential maximum number of guests is required at the time of ordering. A 25% deposit is payable when order is confirmed. The final guest count is required two days prior to the event. All prices exclude tax, tip and gratuity. All prices subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
Because our food is purchased and prepared fresh for each order, cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your event. Late cancellations will be charged 25% of total order.

Our Delivery Option
Need it delivered, but want to serve it yourself? We’ll prepare a delicious barbecue buffet, deliver it to your door and you can serve how you like it.
